By enrolling in any course, program, training, or service offered by 1st Source Adjuster School, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

ENROLLMENT & GENERAL POLICY

​

Enrollment is legally binding once tuition is paid and course access or a class seat is secured. Course dates and instructors may change due to scheduling needs, weather, enrollment levels, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY

​

Registration is non-refundable once completed.You may reschedule up to 3 business days before class begins by emailing info@1stsourceadjusterschool.com. Tuition may be applied to a future class within 90 days. Tuition is not transferable to friends or family members.If payment is made and you process a stop payment through your bank or a third-party processor, 1st Source Adjuster School reserves the right to pursue recovery through small claims court. Once legal action begins, future enrollment privileges may be revoked.Out-of-state and Ft. Hood trainings are non-refundable but transferable. If a class is rescheduled due to weather, medical reasons, or low enrollment, a new date will be added to the training calendar.

 

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

Online students must complete full payment within 45 calendar days of initial payment (maximum time allowed). If coursework is completed earlier and you are ready to test, full payment is due at that time.Course completion must occur within 90 days. Certifications will not be issued until payment is paid in full. Failure to complete payment within 45 days results in a $75 penalty.Face-to-face secured payment plans reserve your seat and are non-refundable but transferable to a later date. If you do not attend, the balance remains due and additional fees may apply if rescheduling does not occur at least 3 business days prior to the class start date.

 

CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE

 

Lost certificates may be reissued upon request for a $25 fee payable by credit card only.

 

SPECIALTY PROGRAMS & SERVICE

Resume Program participants who miss coaching sessions three times will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.If you wish to schedule a consultation with an instructor, a $50 fee applies and must be scheduled through our website.If you enroll in a program and fail to complete homework assignments or required documentation, we may elect to void your registration.PRIVACY POLICYWe collect your name, email address, and phone number to provide confirmation details, class updates, and relevant training information. We may periodically send updates regarding future classes and industry-relevant topics.Your information is used only to communicate news and class updates. Opt-out requests are promptly respected via email or phone. At no time will your information be sold to a third party.We use industry standard encryption and security measures and store information in secure systems accessed only by authorized personnel.

 

SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

If you opt in, we may send text messages related to promotions, class schedules, and weather updates.Data collected for SMS includes your first and last name, email address, and phone number. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with any third party.Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. STUDENT AGREEMENT

 

By enrolling, you acknowledge these policies and procedures and agree to comply with the payment, rescheduling, privacy, and SMS terms described above.
