You have the right to reschedule your registration up to 48 hours before the class begins. Requests for rescheduling must be made by contacting 1st Source Adjuster School by email at firstname.lastname@example.org Tuition may also be applied to any future class If you wish to reschedule. Tuition may NOT be transferred to friends and or family members. Refunds will not be granted once registration is complete. However, tuition payments may be applied to any future course(s). If you pay for the course under the secured payment plan ensuring your seat in the course, please be advised this is non- refundable and is only transferable to a later date. If you make payment through 1st Source Adjuster School or any third party for classes and complete a stop payment through your bank or through that third party in the event a refund is not issued, we are at liberty to file a claim against you in small claims court recouping funds and classes will no longer be available.
If you enroll in a Bundle Plan you may not request to transfer your funds to a lesser course once payment is received.
Upon registration a student agreement form is signed and filed stating you have full knowledge of our payment policies.
Ft. Hood Policy:
Fort Hood or out of state trainings are non-refundable but transferable. If for whatever reason a class is rescheduled due to weather, low enrollment and or medical reasons a new date will promptly be added to the training calendar.
You will also receive discount services on roofing and auto trainings in the future for any inconvenience.
Certificate Issuance Policy:
1st Source Adjuster School will reissue lost certificates upon request. There is a $25 fee for reissuing lost certificates payable by credit card only.
1st Source Adjuster School is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users of its online services. We ask customers who register for our services to provide us with their e-mail addresses so we can provide them with immediate confirmation details regarding their registered class(es). Additionally, we will periodically send email updates regarding future classes and other issues relevant to catastrophe insurance claims adjusting. These addresses are used only to send news and class updates and opt-out is promptly respected via email or phone request. At no time will your information be sold to a third party. We use industry standard encryption and security measures to ensure your data is safe.
Payment Plan Options:
Please understand the payment plan option in full, the balance is due 45 days from the payment date. This is the maximum time allotted to complete the payment. If you complete the course study prior to the 45 days and ready to test, payment is then due at that time. There is no time limit on the course completion. No certifications will be issued until the payment is paid in full. If you fail to make the payment within the 45-day time limit, there will be a $75.00 penalty.
